Ive recently gottin into airbrush paiting bought a compresser and air gun kit at harbor fright it is a central pneumatic professional series #95630 I have fooled around with it a little and have found no way of ajusting the spray flow to a more detailed fine line, is this plausable with this gun? Ive allready made several trips back to harbor fright and havent had any luck getting help or answers with questions from them.
Also I am wondering if it is safe to do Airbrush painting indoors?? My GIrlfriend is asthmatic and highly sensitive to some things and Im unsure if this would be problematic, should I be wearing a dust mask or resperator while Im working directly with painting? I will be paiting canveses and latex masks ive sculpted and will be using acrylic paints.
Im also interested if anyone knows what water to paint ratio I should use to thin the mixture? any helpfull links on tips are also welcomed
Thanks.
So i hate to use another disney channel star in my question, but for the upcoming school year i’m looking to find some way to get super clear and clean skin with an evened out color and just super clear and almost airbrushed look. However I am not willing to spend more than like thirty dollars.
take selena gomez’s face for example (hence the disney channel character)

she has the prettiest skin. and I want it! how do I get this? is their any home made masks or foundations I can use to put on my face to get this look?
I read somewhere airbrushing, but generally, what are the best paints to use on a paper mache mask? Acrylics?
perhaps a snout might be in order.
My grandmother just purchased a airbrush for her business which is a nail salon. Her clients ask for flower shapes on their nails, she doesn’t have much money, shes is looking for cheap flower stencils that are reusable.
www.spraypaintstencils.com did not work i need smaller ones for nails.
I’m trying to paint my guitar with something interesting, but i don’t want to pay for a stencil. I would like to find a website with a bunch of cool stencils that i could just print out, cut up and spray over. thanks!
Does anyone know if Joann’s or Michael’s carries Frisket Masking Film for airbrushing? The clerks at both stores I call have little or no product knowledge and don’t even know what it is. Thanks.
I do not want to use disposable!
I just bought an airbrush and I have everything but the paint. I’m going to use the airbrush to paint latex masks. is there a certain type of paint I need? or just airbrush paint like createx? please help!!!! I’ve seen videos of people mixing paint with liquid latex but still I don’t know what paint they’re using. if there’s any mask makers out there what do you use to paint them?
I was considering using cardboard, but I’m not sure…any ideas?
